Meaghan Simpson.

Meaghan is a General Counsel and Company Secretary with over 25 years corporate and commercial law experience. Before joining Webjet, Meaghan was the Australian General Counsel for Experian, a global data and information technology company. Meaghan has held senior legal roles at large corporate entities including Linfox, Melbourne IT and Minter Ellison, having commenced her career as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG.

Meaghan’s experience spans multiple industries including financial , online, data, travel and logistics. Her legal expertise includes governance, regulatory compliance, crisis management, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. As General Counsel and Company Secretary at Webjet Group Limited, Meaghan drives all key legal and governance initiatives.

Meaghan holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA) and is a former Chartered Accountant.
