On 17 September 2024, Webjet Limited shareholders approved the Demerger of Webjet B2C from Web Travel Group.

Following the demerger, the new Webjet Group now comprises of

  • Webjet OTA – an Australian and New Zealand focused consumer digital travel business with the number one OTA position;
  • Airport Rentals & Motorhome Republic – Experts in global online vehicle rentals; and
  • Trip Ninja – a technology company providing solutions for complex travel itineraries.
